The Financial Audit Compliance Tracking System (Web-FACTS) is a web-based
application that MassHousing designed and developed for external Audit
Firms/Companies for the sole purpose of preparing and submitting Audited
Financial Statements on behalf of their clients (Management Companies). In
addition, the Management Companies have the ability to view their Audited
Financial Statements on-line.
